We are based in Lithuania and do ship to all EU countries. Delivery in EU takes somewhere from 5 to 10 working days, as in Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia) – 1-2 working days.
Our courier shipments have assigned tracking number, that allows you to track them easily.

We accept bank transfers - it is the cheapest and easiest way.

If you want to pay using Paypal let us know by dropping an email to info@shreddedpaper.store. Bear in mind that we will take 5% extra if you choose this payment method.

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 2 weeks to issue a refund and return your product.

If you would like to return a product, you have to follow these guidelines:

• The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
• The product has to be in the packaging we sent in the first place.
• The product has to be damage free.
